We perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of rooms, hallways, and common areas. For our partnering hotels, we carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Our intent is to provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Our job will be to maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Room Cleaning: Daily or as requested, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces, replenishing toiletries, and changing towels.
- Trash Removal: Emptying waste bins and recycling as needed.
- Surface Cleaning: Wiping down surfaces such as desks, tables, and countertops.
- Restocking Supplies: Providing fresh toiletries, coffee, tea, and other amenities.
- Laundry Services: Washing and ironing clothes and linens, often available for an additional fee.
- Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning: Regular maintenance to keep carpets and furniture in good condition.
- Window Cleaning: Ensuring windows are clean and streak-free.
- Special Requests: Accommodating specific cleaning requests or preferences of guests.
The staff has been trained to establish housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficiency and quality. It is critical for us to always adhere to safety standards while performing cleaning tasks.
